1. Introduction

   1. Welcome to 3 Bet Beer League! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our promotional events. By engaging in any event organized by 3 Bet Beer League, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Description of services

   1. 3 Bet Beer League LLC operates as a promotional company, bringing people together to local establishments to create a great community and support local businesses.

   2. 3 Bet Beer League is a separate entity from all partners, this includes and is not limited to; hosting locations, equipment manufacturers, sponsors, beverage companies, transportation companies and prizes.

   3. 3 Bet Beer League do not charge players to register or play in events

   4. 3 Bet Beer League LLC is paid for by the hosting location as a weekly promotional event 

3. Eligibility

   1. All participants must be 21+ years of age.

   2. To participate, one must fully register and accept the terms of agreements on the www.3betbeerleague.com/register website

   3. This environment is a fun and free atmosphere, with emotions running high – we expect everyone to treat others as you expect to be treated.

4. Event Rules

   1. Rule 1) All participants must register to play and agree to the terms of service

   2. Rule 2) All tournament chips have no cash value and can not be redeemed or exchanged

   3. Rule 3) All players are required to sign in at the beginning of the tournament and sign out at the end of the tournament to establish their acquired tournament points.

   4. Rule 4) Players that pre-register for tournaments must be at the tournament and registered before the start of the promotion

   5. Rule 5) Players that are late to the tournament can still play, however they will be recycled to the end of the list of players waiting to join.

   6. Rule 6) Dealers are allowed to play in the tournament and get compensated for doing so, dealers are also allowed any additional starting chips that they have earned.

   7. Rule 7) During the event “problems” are bound to happen at the table, if the table/dealer can not come to a consensus on the matter; the game runner will come and make a final decision on the hand based off the dealers information.

5. Bonus Chips

   1. Bonus chips are earned through various methods, all of which are posted on 3betbeerleague.com

   2. Bonus Chips that are earned are given to all players and dealers prior to the start of the tournament

   3. Bonus Chips are subject to change over time, these changes will be posted on 3betbeerleague.com

   4. Bonus chips earned are tracked for the purpose of 3betbeerleague LLC and the hosting location.  Our goal is to offer the most utilizes incentives and update them accordingly.

6. Dealers Rules

   1. Dealers are acknowledged with an additional starting stack bonus along with any earned bonus chips.

   2. Dealers are voluntary and will be chosen based on their ability and experience.

   3. Dealers are expected to be an authority at the table, and remain aware of the game

   4. If a dealer is not meeting expectations for any reasons, the current dealer will be asked to resign their duties and either another player or the game runner will take over their duties.  Note: dealers that do not meet expectations will not get penalized in any way, however in the future those dealers may not be asked for their services in the future

   5. Dealers caught cheating in ANY way, will be relieved of their duties and removed from the current and all future tournaments.  Cheating is a 1 strike policy and will not be tolerated.

   6. Dealers that frequently offer their services successfully, may be asked to participate in the final tournament of Champions where they may be given a seat even if they are outside the tournament winners.

7. Tournament Points

   1. Tournament Points will be given to all participants of all events

   2. Winner will receive 250pts and the structure will cascade down to 5pts for the first person knocked out

      1. Note: this structure will changed based on the amount of tournament participants

   3. Tournament points will be added up at the end of each quarter

      1. The top 64 players will go against each other in a final 3 Bet Torunament of Champions where a winner plenty of prizes will be given out including the grand prize.

8. Tournament of Champions

   1. All players in the tournament of champions are expected to arrive on time to the final tournament

   2. Substitutes will be standing by to take a player’s seat if they have not arrived and will be rotated in as other players get knocked out.

   3. In the T.O.C. all players will start with the same amount of chips, no bonus chips will be awarded for any player or dealer.

9. Designated Drivers

   1. 3 Bet Beer League LLC is a big supporter of responsible consumption and supports the act of designated driving.​

   2. Designated drivers that play in the 3 Bet Beer League are not professionally affiliated or associated with the 3 Bet Beer League

   3. Actions of the Designated Drivers are not affiliated with 3 Bet Beer League

   4. If a player that proclaims to be a designated driver and decides to consume alcoholic beverages, 3 Bet Beer League LLC and it's affiliates are not associated with the personal actions of the player.

   5. 3 Bet Beer League and affiliates are not held responsible for any lost, stolen or harm done to a person or their belongings.

   6. Designated Drivers volunteer to do so on their own accord and are able to accept or decline offers on their own accord.

10. Substitute Players

    1. Substitutes players are limited to 10 additional players

    2. These players have no minimum wait before a seat may be available

    3. This seat can not be sold or bartered for cash or any other monetary value

    4. If a substitute player is not available to take the seat, the seat will be given to the next player on the list.

       1. If the player that lost their seat arrives back in a reasonable amount of time, they will be added to the end of the list as the last “substitute” to enter the tournament.

11. Termination of Participation

    1. All players are expected to treat those around them with respect

    2. Players that act out in unreasonable ways may get a warning

    3. Players that are a disturbance to the event will be asked to leave the tournament

    4. Players that are deemed to consistently cause problems will no longer be able to participate in the current or future events

       1. Note, though players are no longer allowed to participate in events – this is no way dictates the patronage of said player to remain in the hosting location.  The hosting locations may or may not remove the problem at hand based on their own rules, regulations, and tolerances.

    5. Any player or dealer that is caught cheating will be immediately removed from the tournament and banned from future events.  3 Bet Beer League has a zero tolerance policy on cheating

12. Privacy Policy

    1. Registration

       1. 3 Bet Beer League LLC does not sell information.  By collecting information we are able to track tournament points in real time, focus our promotions and bonus chips accordingly, and increase the efficiency of the event.

       2. We do not display any personal information other than your chosen Nickname or Screen Name.  All personal information is used to as backend data to increase the efficiency and productivity of our services.

13. Marketing and Advertising

    1. Any participation of 3 Bet Beer League Promotions, you’re subject to be photographed or video’d for shorts or commercial purposes.

    2. At the end of every event, winners will take a final photo with the participants remaining.  For this photo, any player that is in the photo with the winner will receive starting chips for the next event they attend.

       1. Note this image will be posted on social media and search engines like google business to promote the business and expand into new territories.

    3. Winners of the 3 Bet Tournament of Champions will have their journey documented for social media and future YouTube content.  Media recoded will be edited; our goal is to shine the best possible light on both the winner, the business, and most importantly on poker.

    4. If any participant can not or does not want to participate in ANY form of advertising for 3 Bet Beer League.  The player can contact any game runner or contact 3 Bet Beer League directly through the website.

    5. Any player or dealer that is recorded for marketing purposes will not be compensated unless directly otherwise.  These separate situations will consist of but are not limited to, unique marketing opportunities, special advertising or commercial recordings, and potential affiliates of 3 Bet Beer League LLC.

14. Future Changes to Terms and Conditions

    1. As the business evolves, the terms and conditions are subject to change.  These terms and conditions will always be updated on the 3 Bet Beer League website @ www.3betbeerleague.com

15. Governing Law

    1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey
